See...these are PROPER LM cars in my opinion. Time to go back to the days of closed cockpits....otherwise they're just formula cars with a bit more bodywork....

The one thing I notice about the picture of the camp site, is no flags. When did they start appearing?

I'm not going through all my photos for the last 16 years to find the answer to that one. We were flying a blow up dinosaur (as one does) by 1999, and there were certainly a few flags by then And yes Barry & Brad, these are proper LM cars

Hi, Seem to recall flags in Houx and Houx annex from the late 80's. Mainly Jag flags or country flags The one thing I notice about the picture of the camp site, is no flags. When did they start appearing?
I'm not going through all my photos for the last 16 years to find the answer to that one. We were flying a blow up dinosaur (as one does) by 1999, and there were certainly a few flags by then We were there with a small Union Jack in the early and late 80's, Nordic, myself and his mates "Swampy and Semtex" among others??? Yep, he has always been my brother, normally camping with semtex and swampy! Started to see other "team" flags with the onset of the internet, what with CA, beer mountain, etc. Also lightweight flagpole's becoming cheaply available seemed to spawn more and more. C
