Just in case you haven't spotted it, there is a change to the Wednesday program this year.

4pm to 8 pm                Practice
10pm to Midnight          Qualifying

Good to see that Wednesday has a qualifying element in it again. Grin

And some scrutineering at Jacobin on the Sunday before from what I hear - trying to give more locals the chance to see the cars.  Good for me, maybe not so much for some of you.... Evil

Just hope that it ain't peeing down with rain like in 2009.

Is there a thread with a guide to road closures?

Last year I was able to drive from Super U via Route de la Heronniére straight to Bleu Nord.  But will that road be made one way during practice/qualifying?

Sunday isn't on the official timetable.  Its all starts at 2pm on Monday with a Stewards meeting and scrutineering at 2:30.  Having the scrutineering at the weekend sounds a good idea, (and a long stay for some of us) but then the teams would have nothing to do (as if) on Monday and Tuesday, and the town would be full of drunken thugs wandering around aimlessly.

As I'm arriving late this year, about Wednesday lunchtime, its all going to be rather busy for me.

Why don't they have the test session on Tuesday evening?

I was told this yesterday by a local but I certainly haven't seen anything official.

Pesage??  Dimanche?? Traduisezpoisson Huh  Thank you Babelfish.

So they start weighing on Sunday.  Is that just part of scrutineering.  I can't see that the teams will want to make two visits to town
