After 6 years of 'sleep', dear old Maison Blanche (http://www.maisonblanche.co.uk) is finally spluttering back into life :O)

New look and currently recoding loads of old pages but will be back in full swing within a few months hopefully, enough there to keep you entertained for now though ;O)

Will be concentrating on the history side of things with a few basic bits of news and articles fairly regularly .. no point in trying to compete with the mega news sites coz it's only me here! ;O)

Welcome back, MB.  It was the first site I found when I first got connected to the internet which I then re-visited on a regular basis.  Cheers, Mr Rick. Smiley

You're either at Le Mans, or waiting for Le Mans!

Hey, well done El Rickmeister. Like others, Maison Blanche was my first web based Le Mans experience (Thats a WBLME) and I haven't looked back.

Would you believe I've still got the www.maisonblanche.co.uk car decal but haven't actually stuck it on a car yet. Never had a car worthy of it!

Wonder if BAM! Porsche will allow me to put it on their spoiler. Well, anything the T.W.A.T.S can do eh?Huh?

Good stuff Rick

Thanks everyone!  Grin

Funnily enough, CA is where I started all those years back. Met Dave through the old style forum he used to have (remember that?!) as a result of him being on Radio Le Mans in 1997. Started working on the website straight after and did pre-qual and race week in the press room for Club Arnage in '98 ... still have my reports somewhere and they will get posted on MB eventually. Anyway, decided it was brilliant fun but wanted to do things my way so MB was born in November 1998 and so '99 was my first year in the press room with MB .. and what a race it was that year!

Glad to have helped so many fellow LM'ers on the way Smiley

And as for the stickers Steve, look forward to seeing it on your jallopy at LM one year maybe? Had one on the Konrad Porsche in '99, the Gunnar/Manthey Porsche in '00 and then the Gunnar/PLN 911GT1 at Daytona in 2001, so would be in good company! Oh and there has been one on the level crossing sign as you walk into Arnage from the airport perimeter road for many years now ... can't imagine who might have put that there Wink

Hang on Mr Rick, your advertising on CA web site, but have checked your link section, unless I have missed it, no link to CA.

Have we upset you that much, or you still in shock from Le Mans last year.  Grin

Nice to see you site up again, and the garage doors - the best bit!  Wink
