All,

As you are aware I am heading back to NZ in the very near future.

As such, I feel it is time to hang up my hat as Head of Charity and pass the title and responsiblities that it comes with on to someone else.  If I could I would stay on as HoC but I feel the position needs to be held by someone who is nearer the action.

If anyone is interested in taking over the roll please let me know.

Right then.

Given the overwhelming silence in reply to my call for a new Head of Charity I am officially closing the CA Charity Fund.  The bank account will be closed before I head off to the lovely spring weather that is waiting for me in NZ.

I may take the money to help pay my course fess, or I might split it between the AICR and the Motorsport Safety Fund.

I'll see how I feel on the day...  Wink

Hi Doris,

yes, what a pity no-one wants to take over. I'd do it but the CA-Guide is enough work already.

Hey CA-members, come on, really no-one outside there who will do it?

Doris,

Thanks for the efforts that you have put in so successfully for CA.  i'm already committed on fundraising for "light blue" charities, but I do hope someone here can take it on and carry on the good work!
