ESTA application for USA

Has anyone got any experience of being denied when making an online ESTA application? Huh

Cant seem to find anything on any websites about what the next step is other than a link through to the general US Embassy website (and that only offers a £1.20/min phone line).

Grateful for any advice. Thanks.

If your ESTA application has failed then you will need to apply for either a B-1 Business Visa or a B-2 Tourist Visa. See this site for some more details.
