3  Club Arnage / 2008 / Re: 2 X Bleu Nord. for sale on: May 11, 2008, 09:39:50 am
These 2 camping tickets are still for sale at face value (ACO). If there is no intrest in the next 3 days they are going on ebay.

I need one.. if you would sell just the one to me, i'd be happy Smiley
4  Club Arnage / 2008 / Wanted: 1 x Blue Nord / Houx camping on: May 10, 2008, 08:34:56 am
Hi there

I need 1 x Blue Nord camp ticket. And i can take 3 GA's, if someone

Alternatively i could use 1 x Houx camp.

5  Club Arnage / General Discussion / Why cant the LMP2 cars last 24 hours? on: June 22, 2007, 10:29:26 pm
Hello

What is it that makes them break down all the time?
I would guess the Judd engines should be able to last the entire race, no? Perhaps the
2L turbos are too difficult to make reliable, with so much power?
(I do not know if the engines where the problem this year?)

I really like the LMP2 cars, to me they look stunning, makes all the right noises, and
there are no diesels (Jipii..)
plus, they are very fast cars.. would like to see them start beating the LMGT1's over 24 hours!

On the Danish TV2 Sport coverage of the race, people where saying things like
"Why are the LMP2's even allowed in the race, when they are so clearly not
suited for 24h racing" etc..
This allmost hurt my feelings!
Please make them just a bit more reliable, so we can keep them coming to LM each year  Cool
6  Club Arnage / General Discussion / No WR LMP2's this year? on: May 25, 2007, 07:18:57 pm
Why are no Welter Racing LMP2's invited to the test day?

10  Club Arnage / Help / Re: Wich sites are available upon Friday arrival? on: June 19, 2006, 04:52:16 pm
The point being that this is the first year you have been able to pre-book the tix and also the first year where it is no longer possible to just turn up, pay and camp as you have in previous years,. The bivouac area is dead.  Sad So KPY is right.

Anyone know exactly how it works now? (i'm getting confused  Roll Eyes)

I was in Houx Annexe this time, but some of my friends arrived wedensday, and went to Blue and bought their camping ticket there.. and they saw people arriving Friday, also buying their camp-tickets on the spot..

Could it be that some tickets are presold, and some is saved for those that arrive without one?
11  Club Arnage / Help / Re: Wich sites are available upon Friday arrival? on: June 09, 2006, 04:05:50 pm

 Huh
It was just some friendly advice about what has changed this year, not last year, or the year before that! Have a look at the ACO booking form http://tinyurl.com/gc4ka
but suit yourself.

Dont have a cow man..

It was not an attack on your person.. rather a simple question on camp-sites Smiley

Have a great day..
12  Club Arnage / Help / Re: Wich sites are available upon Friday arrival? on: June 09, 2006, 12:08:19 pm
Beausejour is the only site you can turn up at without a ticket.
Bleu Nord is the old Bleu bivouac site, which expanded as people turned up. The ACO cottoned on to the idea of selling it in advance. It's been sold out for ages.
If you want a Bleu pass I have a spare. PM me for details - you'll have to pick it up on arrival.  Smiley

Thanks for the advice..
I ended up buying a Houx Annexe camp ticket from a member here..
This campsite is un-numbered, right?
Hoping this will reduce my walking distance for the weekend Smiley

Kpy; I think you are mistaken somehow.. i have been in blue nord for the last 5-6 years.. and allways just turned up friday, and bought the camp-ticket at the gates.. no way it is sold out before saturday..
13  Club Arnage / Help / Wich sites are available upon Friday arrival? on: June 08, 2006, 12:40:20 pm
Gent's..

When arriving on the Friday before noon, in previous years we have allways
chosen blue-nord, and found it not even half full.. so plenty of spaces left Smiley
Im wondering what other options (if any) we will have, if we'd like to try
something else than blue?
14  Club Arnage / General Discussion / Re: Howto find the Champion supermarket, near Arnage? on: June 08, 2006, 10:08:40 am

the champion is south at monce en berlin, over the level crossing towards Arnage centre, mini donut left, across crossroads. T jcn like a Y left, 2 miles south on your right.
Both has good ICE and GAS and FUEL!

15  Club Arnage / General Discussion / Howto find the Champion supermarket, near Arnage? on: June 07, 2006, 09:49:49 pm
Hi

There is a supermarket i goto each year, but i must admit i allways have a hard time finding it.. im pretty sure its a Champion, and that its close to the town Arnage.. there is a round-about right at the entry to the parking lot..

Anyone who can tell wich one i mean, from this? and more importantly can give me directions to find it?

Have a great day..
