Going via Rouen, then left at Gace and through the twisties to the D301 into Le Mans.

On the 14:00 Seacat on Thurday.

Enjoy,

That's what I've bought for the last 8 years..... 'orrible (not so-)little things....

It's an ambition of mine to progress from these to a 'real' radio!

Definitely on the right track, but I'm thinking of something about the size of a lighter so I don't end up walking around with my forehead scraping the floor....

Thanks for taking the time to get the link though.  Smiley

Hi,

I know this has been asked before, but I can't find the thread anywhere (not even down the side of the sofa. There were other threads...)

Does anyone know where I can buy a decent, tiny FM radio, preferably with a lanyard and at least one preset?

The lanyard's for me neck (I may have the radio for the finish).
The preset helps me listen when drunk(or else I'd spend 24hrs listening to Radio Alencon).

I know Sony do one, but £69 is a fair few bouteilles de champagne, so that's not an option.

On the other hand I could just turn up at the circuit and buy one of those hated blue/grey pieces of nonsense that seem to be multiplying in my cupboard.....

Cheers,

Ali

Brilliant idea. I'll get some of our reprobates there.

Managed to squeeze on the thursday 2pm Newhaven-Dieppe so it'll be the late evening chase to Houx Annexe. Luckily some very fine friends are bringing 800 litres of beer, 2 ice-cooled pressure taps, and an ice-making machine (for hangovers, not cocktails!). Should give us something to do until the race starts....

See you on the roundabout on Sunday night.

Probably going Newhaven Dieppe. From there to Rouen, Gace, then left onto the b-roads to come in on the N301. Been recommended by a another fool on a bike.... I'd love to take a twistier route but I'll only dock at 5pm, so it'll be flat on the tank the whole way there to arrive before all the beer's drunk!

Cheers,

Hi,

I'm looking for 2 grandstand tickets in Sommer/Durand/ACO/Lagache. Basically anywhere opposite the pits where you can get a reasonable view of the Jumbotrons!

Drop me an email or phone 07748 687348 if you've any going.

Cheers,

Ali

ps: Don't they make cartoon Ducati's?Huh

Looking to join a few folk heading down on two wheels, mostly due to my complete inability to read a map.... Scenic routes especially welcome, as are gendarme-free routes.

Drop me a mail (ali@bisson.com) with route and time/date and I'll sort fery tickets.

Cheers,

Ali

No worries on the packing front; mobile phone, credit card & toothbrush. And they can be stored where my brain used to reside....

Just let me know what time & where.

Cheers,
