Hi Chris, Yes - of course you're invited. Putney Inn might be a bit full but there are other places to stay near by or as an alternative I'm also arranging a coach to go from Pleshey (about 6 miles north of Chelsmford ) to the club then back (somewhat later)

This year this is not practical as my wife has kindly arranged to arrive in Le Mans by TGV at 13:00! So therefore I need to be at the station at that time.
I'm popping to Paris and back friday morning on the tgv to meet a friend. I'm coming back a little later though at 14:00
My favourite is Le Flambadou 14 rue St-Flaceau tel.02 43 24 88 38 - specialities and superb wines from south-west France There's also the excellent Auberge des 7 Plats 79 Grande-Rue tel.02 43 24 57 77 Both are in the old town not far from the cathedral. Near the station is St-Lo 97 avenue General Leclerc tel.02 43 24 71 85- good value and traditional cooking.
