Do they really think that just because we are Brits, we like a good drink that we are a bunch of mindless football thugs who will rise to a fight at even the slightest provocation, (hello!).
i also like JP have never never experienced any trouble whatsoever in the 13yrs ive been anywhere around LM.
Just take the world cup last year, for me watching it with 200 danes and 100 brits went down a treet.

to the police reading these forum posts, please reply here with a reason why you want to make us feel welcome at your wonderful La Sarthe?

Did you nick your logo from the Hamsters website?

The ACO get cancellations, right up until the last minute. People arrive and hand back tickets for resale. So as a last resort they are always worth a try.

Knowing the ACO I won't actually believe it until I get there and have the pass in my hand...

Thank goodness for that! Lots about beer and wine, I hope?

Hi all

Just discovered this forum, although I've been going to Le Mans for the last 15 or so years, either on my 'bike or by car. Always camp, most years at camping Bleu, last year at Karting Nord, this year I've just managed to get a ticket for Beausejour (I hope, although the ACO ticket office have confirmed it by e-mail!). We normally get there Thursday, come back on Monday.

I'm looking forward to reading all the stuff on this forum :-)

First time to Le Mans. Last minute booking. Got the ferry booked, but it looks like all the campsites are booked. (Apart from £389 for the VIP pitch).
What are the alternatives? Is the off-site camping any good, and is it a pain to get in/out of the circuit.
Can you catch a few hours kip in the car park for race night, or (someone mentioned to me) at the back of the grandstand?
2 blokes, on a budget, arriving by car midnight Friday
Thanks,
Paul

There are still tickets available for Beausejour and Technoparc at face value from the Le Mans ticket shop. Just bought my Beausejour ticket for face value 35 Euros, it will be waiting for me at reception - I hope.
