i have looked at sebring so will try there, not far from Orlando

It was just away of giving the wife and kids a holiday in the US, doing the theme parks and space centre (where ever that is) and seeing a race and getting some sunshine

thanks

we'll be organising a trip to the EU Competion Commission in Strasbourg. Mind, it might make a pleasant day out...

On the up side for us at least, by next year the new dual carrigeway/trollroad from Rouen to LM should be fully open, so the drive from calais should be quicker. (but maybe not in a commer I suspect)

no driving down the N138 like your hair's on fire then, half the fun of going

57  Club Arnage / General Discussion / Re:Eurotunnel for next year on: September 13, 2004, 10:48:58 pm
i've always found that you can get back anytime but going you are usually restricted to the train your booked on

we were booked on the 4.30pm on the monday got to the terminal at 1.30 pm and got on the first train available 2.00 pm back to england

have just done been on the fast cat poole/c'bourg and may do this route next year

it appears you either spend a few more hours driving or a similar time sailing - both terminals are equi-distant from home

week days are likely to have less pukeing kids stinking the boat out

Life at the Limit: Triumph and Tragedy in Formula One

Interesting in places, may give you a slightly different view of Ecclestone but not much, may be better than watching dubbed english programmes on tv (if your going abroad that is) or reduced pixel films on the back of the seat in front on the aircraft.

sycophantic in places, particularly about A Senna esq

its just a more pleasant smell than over cooked engine, the driver falls into a dreamy trance of mustard, steak and beer hypnotised by the smell, before BANG engine f***ed
