SL - what a clever man you are, I was miles off the motor.
Why thank you kind Sir!!!!
Seemed to be the only one who saw FIAT in the wood pannel behind (Looked again and cannot see it this time, Thanks to London Pride Brewies for this last night!). The Turbine was from Rup's clue

That is about it but the cars did last more than a week!
From memory, after the 16/60 there was a minivan, VW beetle, A40, 1950's Ford Consel, and another mini.
The A40 was going to be raced until someone put the engine into the radiator (don't ask how!), wrecking the rad, hoses and engine mounts, although the mounts may have gone beforehand. As for the rest, I think the VW's clutch went, mini rotted away, as did the Wolsey, and the consel's gearbox broke (old "3 on a tree" shift).

Dragging my E type out of the garage for this event (Assuming MOT Pass)
Cheryl was hoping to get a special dress but was let down by the supplier late today.
I am looking forward to all the racing regardless.

I don't think a pair of 7 year olds will grasp the concept of a 1000k race, even with the promise of a baseball cap. Those nice people at Peugeot Sport are also providing lots of fun filled activities for children incl. - Scalextric Hot Laps ![Huh](http://www.clubarnage.com/forum/Smileys/classic/huh.gif) ? Face Painting (who want's to look like a Peugeot 908?) Children's Driving School ride For the bigger children - Scalextric Test drive the peugeot range (Bring your 2 part driving licence) for performance models you have to be over 25.
