Dear All
Firstly apols for impersonalised plea but due to a moment of weakness I have agreed to run 10k in aid of the RNLI this weekend around Hatfield House. Bearing in mind I haven't run for about 25 years and cycling legs are no good here, it should be interesting (and painful!) so please give generously to make this madness all worthwhile.
