Title: CAKitty.xls Litty spread sheet/
Post by: Lawnmower Man on June 09, 2008, 08:26:42 pm
I've been asked about the spread sheet for dealing with the Kitty at LM.

It should be available at the link below.

Edit <damn it looks a bit knackered I'll see if I can find the original link.>

I have.  try http://lemans.tmdg.co.uk/Call.xls (http://lemans.tmdg.co.uk/Call.xls)  it has some example entries that you need to clear but it should work.

Why thank you Thomas!  ;D Any ideas on how to make it work? I've enabled the macros but I can't seem to clear the example entries for some reason.

Hi Andy,

I just tired it on my lapdog adn it seem to work fine that is http://lemans.tmdg.co.uk/Call.xls

First on Balances  sheet.
You need to change the names in B2 though Z2.
Enter the Exchange rate in B5 though Z5.
Enter the number of shares for each person in B6 though Z6

Then on the Outgoings sheet.
You should be able to clear all of the values in the Amount Column that should zero all the numbers on the Balances sheet.

If you are running out of rows on Outgoings just copy a blank line.

Finally you columns A B C and D for each item spent.  The Balances should happen Automagically.

Tom.

Well there weren't any instructions with the Spreadsheet.   So I don't think you should feel like a thicko over it.
It took me a while to work out how to drive it and I wrote it.  :)

Anyway catch up on the other side.
