Title: British Grand Prix anyone? Post by: monkey on July 15, 2003, 07:31:48 pm I remember one year, I made a round trip of around 200 miles to by tickets to get me into the circuit (not with a seat) at Brands Hatch to watch a British Grand Prix and I was lucky to get them. Just checked a website and I reckon I could book an entire grandstand at Stowe (If I was Bill Gates) for this weeks………race? I really think that it is a shame that the ludicrous prices, coupled with poor sport, and the ‘couldn’t give a toss about the customer’ attitude shown by the organisers, (no roof on the new stands at Stowe being an example) could result in a very low turnout and ultimately lead to the UK loosing one of its potentially biggest annual International sporting events. Cheers Bernie! Title: Re:British Grand Prix anyone? Maybe we won't have a British Grand Prix anymore in the future.
