Probably nothing much to be done , I don't think he is trying to cash in on the name. Title: Re: 'Club Arnage' selling LM tickets on Ebay? Post by: DelBoy on April 21, 2008, 01:28:57 pm Could be Werner, Hansgerd or George ;D ;D ;D
I don't think there's much we can do - he's been around with that name since dec '02, and as Stu says, it doesn't look like he's a tout. Maybe worth a try to ASK him politely to change it - maybe offer him FREE membership of CA if he does change ;) ;) Del Title: Re: 'Club Arnage' selling LM tickets on Ebay? Post by: Nordic on April 21, 2008, 04:25:02 pm I doubt he would change his id.
Maybe he could just modify his ad to state he is not connected to this web site? Title: Re: 'Club Arnage' selling LM tickets on Ebay? Post by: DelBoy on April 21, 2008, 04:26:13 pm ......as one of the few surviving committee members, perhaps you could take on the task, needs a person with your gravitas ;D This has got nothing to do with the Fund Raising Team, Peter - it quite clearly falls into the "To be dealt with by the Moderators" category :police: :police: Del Title: Re: 'Club Arnage' selling LM tickets on Ebay? Post by: smokie on April 22, 2008, 08:42:29 pm I mailed the guy, asked him to add "I am not connected to www.clubarnage.com" to the bottom of his ad. There's nothing like free advertising... ;D
Title: Re: 'Club Arnage' selling LM tickets on Ebay? Post by: Snoring Rhino on April 22, 2008, 09:21:08 pm I am watching ebay "Le mans camping" cos I have a BN pass on there (as previously stated) and do not see what you are refering too, this means that 1, it is not on the normal ebay search, 2, mine is limited in some way or 4 (most likely) I'm a numpty, or it could mean that most uk peps wont see it, so less sleepless nights for us all. Although, yes, no body should use Club Arnarnge for profit unless for charity.

Therefore it wont be visable in all places. Title: Re: 'Club Arnage' selling LM tickets on Ebay? Post by: hgb on April 23, 2008, 09:06:26 am It's not me either. The address is Bergisch-Gladbach.
