Jules, sorry mate but any date in May is a no no for me, I am away twice in May, so does not leave me any free dates.

I do but I have a part time job working for driveme.net helping out at there track in Sleighford with driving experiences :)

Good job I checked, I had written it in my diary for the 9th! It is the 10th isnt it?!
Looks like it might be a very select few at this rate but I am still up for it. (Got to meet the elusive Kev eventually - otherwise I might start to doubt his existence...)
I will be driving and not drinking, so anywhere suits me. :)

Evening is fine with me - (I cant quite picture Paula Radcliffe down the pub the night before a big race - perhaps I am not quite cut out for this sporty lark!!)

I live part time at my Dads, he goes to the Emworth CA gigs and loves it. Just ask RC, LPP & Black Granny.
If cars are talked about, he just complains about me in my younger days when we were rebuilding gearboxes on the kitchen table as a weekly family get together!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
LPP reckons Vern' (Leftie Snr) whose 84 in August............. ROCKS.

I can confirm that Vern indeed does rock. He is cool as... and cooks the best sausages I have ever eaten.

Lovely evening.... was nice to finally meet the mythical kev and gordon!
I got np neil home safely and didnt get lost on the way home again through all the cones!
Got a group photo, but will have to sort out loading it up tomorrow. I should have been in bed hours ago... :police:

I'd like to say i have a fantastic excuse but the honest answer is i just cant take the pace anymore!!!! :-\
Ended up doing a 15 hour night shift and finished at 3pm yesterday afternoon and went for a little nap before the gathering last evening and well some of you have guessed allready I've JUST woke up Sorry all....

Good meet, nice to meet up with "The wise one" again and new ones GordonWR and KevMk3 (who we all thought was a made up character from an odd novel).
Thanks to Fran, again for the lift home, not even a hangover (this time) saving those for Le mans.
Chris and Jules all will be forgiven, thats life, just need a Dr's note or forget that just share a beer at Le Mans.
By the way, Steak - cooked medium. Is it to be look and taste like some that had been use as part of the heat sheild of the space shuttle? ::)
