Title: Re: GT 40 Post by: Boorish Grobian on March 16, 2008, 04:29:50 pm I think during the Speed TV telecast they mentioned there could be a couple more teams would entering the Ford this summer, it looked good, but probably needs a top team to develope it into a real threat. Robertson Racing are some good guys, but hardly a top equipe.
It would be a good job for Roush Racing if the Cat in the Hat (Jack Roush) could be persuaded. There was a delay and delivery was not made until Tuesday, I believe. So really not a bad showing with not much practice time and only one real driver.
Title: Re: GT 40 Post by: knetter on March 19, 2008, 02:49:51 pm That car is awesome to see and hear on track, almost as much noise at the vettes. Yes, I went to Sebring :P
Title: Re: GT 40 Post by: Pieter on March 20, 2008, 01:28:41 am I loved the sounds of the Ford, but they have a lot of work to do in terms of speed. Still though, nice effort for the first time out. Don't forget, Sebring is a very tough track.
