Title: Dilemma
Post by: Bob U on January 09, 2008, 06:47:24 pm
On the weekend of 2/3 February Mrs U will in the middle of a 2 week business trip to the Far East. Not a problem during the week as I can put in a few extra hours at work, get home, have a  couple of beers and a bottle of wine, and go to bed. But, what the hell can I do at the weekend to help pass the time?

It's too early for any motor sport based trips.

The garden can sod off.

I don't wash cars.

I don't want to watch, or take part in anything that involves a ball, not a round one anyway.

Don't want anything that involves any more physical effort than raising a glass.

Her car will be on the drive full of lovely free company fuel so I may as well use it.

Any ideas?

- Get rid of Windows and install a proper operating system on your computer
- Prepare explosives to stage a terrorist attack against the ACO
- Annoy people at CA by posting stupid things
- Come over to our side of the North Sea and meet up with a few DfH members

More seriously: you could go and visit some family or friends you really like but for some reason or another only meet on special occasions like weddings and funerals :)

I might watch that. Years ago we all used to take Mondays off and stay up all night. Who do you fancy? I haven't been following NFL this year but I see the Patriots finished 16-0  :o

I never liked them as I'm a Dolphins fan. We had very similar stats  ::)

I beg to differ. What better use for company petrol (and I assume, company tyres, clutch, gearbox, and brakes?)
