No.
My Karate instructor told us about her. She was doing jumping splits and all kind of flexible movements at that age that we as (relatively) fit youngsters could only dream of replicating, while our tendons and muscles twanged under the strain.
Actaully now I think about it it must have been about twenty years ago.
