Hi,i have a quick question. Whats this tropicoma and how do i get to try it??? It sounds so dangerous it has to b worth a shot  ;D as i have now read about it on 3 different le mans sites im growing curious.

Mike .you need to speak to JP (Mark) or any of his crew about Tropicoma. anyway they will be camping just across the way from us! I'll Introduce you !!

Oh yes and in my case it make you want to Mow the lawn the following morning.

It's best not to ask what's in it as refusal often offends.  If you did find out what is in it you'd be dead if JPC finds out you know.
Only JPC knows the recipe and if he told you he'd have to kill you.

Tropicoma is a gentle concoction of sundry fruit drinks.................mixed with God knows how many different 100% proof spirits.

Secret recipe only known by JPChenet who designed (if that's the right word) and produces it.  If you ask him nicely, he will probably let you sample it.  The name, by the way, is derived from what it tastes like (fruity tropical drinks) and the effect it has after surprisingly little has been consumed.

Sounds like something i will have to try on this years trip. I was a 1st timer last year and the whole place was a lot to take in so this year should be even better,cant wait!!!!

Well, as our first time camping (second visit), I guess it should be pretty high on my schedule of things to def. do then ....  ;D

Tropicoma was "invented" in 2004 by myself and Cocktail, a member of Team JPC who lives in Brisbane, Australia. It's recipe has not changed since it's first inception and is still known only to the two of us!

All I can say is that it is a mixture of premium brand spirits and other alcaholic beverages, combined with exotic fruit juices. The trouble is, it is just too easy to drink!

Chris is one of our guys who came with us in 2005! As I said, the co-inventor lives out there, although he is English!

Poor Chris, he was so Tropicoma'd he couldn't remember the whole story!  ;D

I have seen it mentioned on the beer mountain site in their photos from last year and i cant remember the other one but it seems to have quite a name for itself  :D I'm arriving on the wednesday afternoon with the other adopted scouser from scotland so count us in for a taster if you feel the need  ;D

We'll be arriving Thursday morning Mike so the first batch should be prep'ed some time on Thursday evening. I'm sure Ian and Brian will bring you over! You'll be made very welcome!!  :)
