It must be time to agree all those final details. The Argyle, the Princess Lou, or the Mitre? But what date - May Title: Re: London Planning Meeting Post by: Steve Pyro on April 09, 2007, 10:08:40 pm Sounds good to me. I'm open to suggestions.

Title: Re: London Planning Meeting Post by: Doris on April 10, 2007, 11:14:16 am Sounds like a fine idea. ;D
May I suggest not the first bank holiday weekend as I will be at Reading Beer Festival. The hardship of it all.... ::) Dx Title: Re: London Planning Meeting Post by: Jay (Team Cannonball) on April 10, 2007, 07:11:25 pm After my recent move to Hertfordshire I think I might finally be able to attend one of these so called planning evenings. If some comes up with a date count me in. Stay away from the 1st bank holiday weekend though as that is the FIA GT's at Silverstone and I think a few people are planning on attending that, myself included.
Title: Re: London Planning Meeting Post by: Andy on April 11, 2007, 09:03:15 am I am up for a beer and may get round to discuss plans as well Lorry.
how about the last friday of this month, does this clash with beer fest? Title: Re: London Planning Meeting Post by: Lorry on April 12, 2007, 03:33:43 pm The Silverstone FIAGT is 4/5/6 May, which is the bank holiday weekend and the Reading Jazz Festival. 11 May is the Reading planning meeting, so 18 May and 27 April are the best bets.
Any clashes? Title: Re: London Planning Meeting Post by: Jay (Team Cannonball) on April 12, 2007, 07:18:38 pm I think I could manage either, but I would prefer the May date. Lets see what the response is like.
