Title: Overseas Health and Safety
Post by: Steve Pyro on October 18, 2006, 08:28:17 pm
Don't you just love our nanny state rules and regulations?  Do you think we could get away with this?

You're quite right Steve.
On that first photo, there's a girl with a blue umbrella.
She could take someones eye out with that!

Its the Great Nottingham Beer Festival this weekend and my mate who assists in setting up tells me no more half barrels lifted into the racks due to manual handling but smaller plastic polypins because of weight lifting standards being reduced.

I'm going on Friday - one day early to check it out !

Regards

When the new Budweiser distribution centre was opened in Bicester, the racking collapsed, breaking 1,000 of bottles of Bud(maybe not a bad thing), it eat the concrete floor, and the whole lot had to be replaced. Explains the headaches next morning after to much the night before.
