My lad is 12 and follows this forum.  Doesn't post, though, not sure his command of English is up to it yet. ;D

But he goes to lots of race meetings, including a large one that tends to take place in France in June

His fave car would be the Maserati MC12  ::)

You Mr Smokie are going to be in sooooo much trouble  ;D

I'd love to say that the forum's not full of old men and woman but to a teenager I guess it is!!

But of course you're only as old as the man you feel - oh no bugger that doesn't work for me - I'll let KK do that it works in his favour  ;D

I remember being young; Spotty, anxious, full of attitude, aggressive, judgemental.  I am 55 now and I haven't changed a bit.  Except I hate teenagers now.

Spotty or not, they are the future when us old gits have got even older and grumpier......and suitably encouraged they will also become the future attendees at Le Mans .....

Piglet, you refer to the old Davey Heard saying :D - You're only as young as the woman you feel. (in my case 24!)

As for those who want to know what an Inset Day is it's where the Teachers have training and the kids are allowed a bunk off day. (Why did that never happen when I was at school?)

If you have 'discovered' girls but still prefer the Viper, might I suggest that the girls you have discovered so far are not representative of the female gender as a whole...

Undoubtedly, most of us are juvenile delinquents at hart, it just that we've been that way for along time, and collectively probably hold some sort of record for it. Le Mans weekend, it’s planning and this forum is an ideal excuse to release our inner soul. Me, I'm about 17 or 18 in an old gits body

I suppose that's safer that being a 50 yr old in a 17 year old's body...  :o

Come on guys, everyone knows that when a boy gets to the age of 9, his brain stays there and just the rest of him gets older.

I'm sure I'm not alone in thinking i'm a little kid disguised as a grown up?

Nick

Looks 32, behaves 8 1/2 - 9

Some of us, myself included, have been arather harsh to the Viper kid... Apologies.

Any mileage in having a 'Young CA' discussion forum whithin the site somewhere?

Being one of the old gits I have no idea whether this is a feasible suggestion or not... perhaps some of the less-old gits with a greater technical knowledge of websites could give a view...

Welcome young Viper (sounds a bit Star Wars-y!)

Many of us are indeed pushing the 40+ (myself included) but definitely young at heart!

Just a point of order; Vipers have won an awful lot more than just the LM'98 GT2 class!

 ;)

I'm young

Still in my 20's   - JUST

But i am feeling about 24 on some evenings at the moment.

I even got to feel 20 for a day in the US !!

Does that count.

But who cares. I'm me.

Er.... how about class wins (GTS) at LM in 1999 and 2000 as well, oh and of course not forgetting the overall win at the Daytona 24 hours in 2000???
