That's SXM in St. Maarten. Search YouTube.com and there are some vids of people hanging on the fence and getting blown into the sea from the jetwash on takeoff. ;D

Great site, thought this one was good, apprently the pilot thought the landing was "reasonably normal", I bet he doesnt put it on his CV though ;D
