Title: Tickets on the gate
Post by: Dobbo on February 09, 2006, 02:46:58 pm
Does anyone know where you can buy General Admission Tickets from at the circuit? Is it all the entrances or just the main entrance by the museum??

All the entrances have a little booth selling tickets - or you can go up to the Rotundo and buy your tickets plus put your order in for 2007.  :o

I have though about asking for lifetime membership of the ACO and asking for annual reservations for MB. 2007 order going in soon!

I am pretty sure these (apart from those on the main gate) are not open for ticket sales on days when there is no track action.

If they've got something to sell they'll open.  They were open (last year?) on Monday to sell the extra days camping at Maison Blanche.  Jobsworth on the gate stopped every body, and rather than take the few Euros off us, we had to get out of the car, and buy the tickets at the booth.

I was ok, but the car behind me was hit by a local who hadn't noticed the traffic had stopped.  Not what you want so far fronm home. I'm expecting panel beating classes on MB this year.

So I've received an acknowledgement from the A.C.O. that I have, indeed, purchased my tickets and parking pass. The way I interpret the wording of the letter, I must then pick them up at the track. Is that correct? Is there no way I can get the A.C.O. to send them to me? If not, how do I park and go retrieve the tickets and parking pass without a parking pass already in hand?

Thanks

Postage is an additional charge. Let them know if you want them posted, I'm sure they will oblige.

If you decide to collect, you need to go to the Rotunda (up the road opposite the main entrance) where you can park while you collect your tickets.
