One should mention that you can win a ride in the Cerbera Speed 12. I heard they put pedals in.  ;)

Thanks for bidding and for helping us to raise money for the charity!

The collection of the wheel will be from close to the M1 motorway in Northamptonshire, so please let me know
which dates you would like your friend to collect

Thanks again for your support!

Collection should be near to Davenport (the city not the Lindsay)... Any helpful volunteer ??

Blimey Gilles, the only Davenport I know is in the good ol' US of A.
Unless you count John D Davenport the 3rd, who was in my class at school?

Maybe you mean Daventry? Oui ?

If you are stuck or no one else offers, i'll speak to my Uncle.

10:50 pm and I have no address to go to. I mailed the guy for it but no reply.

I have to shut down soon as I am leaving early. I'll check mail before I leave tomorrow but it isn't looking promising.

The guy called me while en route to Market Harborough.

I have the wheel. Very attractive it is too!

Now, how am I going to get it to France? My earliest opportunity is likely to be for test weekend. If I don't go then I'll have to find someone else to take it as I am expecting a full car next year (no caravan to put all the junk in).

If anyone is likely to be going to LM before then and has space for a racing wheel please let me know...

btw he is into a new company which plans to arrange tours to LM, Sebring etc! Useful bloke to know!!
