Apparently the most interesting part of british gastronomy come from overseas...

... so it's more a commonwealth gastronomy than only an english one.

Anyway my digestive system may be eligible for this food  ;)

Felix will be there, of this I am confident, because he gives his word as a commer driver and a gentleman.

And Gilles, a word on british gastronomy. When it's good, it's really good, but when it's bad, it's frickkin 'orrible. Some people think proper english food is a chinese or indian!

I'll bring you a black pudding over and some homecured bacon and old english sausages (I mean the recipe is old, not the actual sausages!). I like french sossys especially BBQed but they're not so enjoyable in the morning IMO.

You can then sample the delights of a proper english brekky. It'll put skin on your back like velvet!

Can't argue with that although  our national dish is apparentely now Chicken Tikka Massala.

Stu, do not waste your time, if you read the thread "best bar's" Gilles mentions a bar on Avenue Felix, I reckon that it may be Gilles, that is winding up all us English folk. come on we all remember Felix the cat.

Stu, or battered Mar's bars, think I may have been a bit hasty on picking poor Gilles.
But I can't believe that some one can bring an old Commer ( apart from Andy Z ) and hope to make a profit.

So does Flunch Smokie. And while I'm at it Casino. Also the Truckers Stop on the auto route to Lyon where I once ordered turkey and ended up taking it home for a rounders bat. Also my worst meal ever was at the cafe TGV restaurant in Bordeux. It was that bad my mate topped himself not long after our return.

Bonny pair of tits

Of course TGV food is not food, it's just organic stuff that you can ingerate, but it's more to spend time than really be fooded.....

... maybe your national meal is chicken tikka as our's is kebab !

Hopefully some people resist and still provide you "normal" and wonderful meal ! May you'll have some time to enjoy it, even if you'll have to go out of the track to find something eatable !!!!

Did all of you remember taht I worked at the Taverne Alsacienne 2 rainy years ago and I want you not to go to that place !!!!!
