In a few weeks time we'll be going to Le Mans in a 15 tonne lorry.
I'd like to get the truck completely wrapped in lettering, Racing for Holland-style. On the loading sides will be the lates version of the RfH-Dome (the orange version), courtesy of Jan Lammers himself.
The cab I want to letter in the way the original trucks are lettered too, so they will come with those black & white blocks.
Those blocks have to be filled with, but with what?
Well, how about the text of your website? So I'm thinking of >>

Paddy - The team at Beermountain would be honoured. PM me if you need artwork to any format - our agency can provide. Maybe we owe you a special visit of the Beermountain Chopper Display Team? - sadly no room for DFH logos on our flying suits at this late stage, as there are too many medals already...but one to consider in future! • Mr T. it would be a pleasure. As for those logo's (we have badges too), we might have some left as we set off for France. In that case I'll bring them. Hopefully you can forward it to the address already known with you.
• Smokie, I guess RobboSPS could help me out with that, all I have at the moment is the flag being streamlined. Not very nice in detail, basicly.
We should have about 100 - 120 spaces on there, few requests already, via PM aswell. Plenty spaces left though. Pass them on! ;D

Paddy. Team Zarse has no logo either, so you could just use Times New Roman?
Other than that, it would be nice to see a Commer logo on there, I'll see what I can sort out.

Paddy, top idea. Maybe i need to get a few more crates of good old english beer for you guys.
The font we use is....... Tahoma in Bold if that helps.
I cant remember the font for Club Arnage stuff......
Doesnt help much, but both on the van would look cool. If whilst you are cutting your vinyl you can make up a drinking for holland logo, we can put it on the trailer. about 1 metre long would be the biggest i think we can get on now.

A mention for Team Cannonball would be great, unfortunately our website ain't up and running yet. Any font would do, i think the missus used Arial or Times New Roman on the T-shirts.

PS I meant to mention that as a first go it looks immense. I will definately be paying a visit over to maison blanche from beausjour to have a butchers at your truck. This is what Le Mans is all about.

According to the site of Jan Lammers, the dimensions are 14 x 42 centimetres. That works out a very nice size on the cabin. Please remember I like to keep it as original as possible, so black 'n white only.
You can mail your logos to patrick@comef.nl Please convert all text to outlines, I only have 5,500 types :(
I guess the best I can do is set a deadline, that will be the 29th of May then. After that I have to figure out who to put where, print it and go from there. I think it will be great! ;D

I think we need a " Sebring - Turn 10" logo and a "Sebringfans.com" on there too. Also How about a "TEAM IMPALA" ahead of Amazing Randy's visit next year.

Can I refrase a few items?
* First of all the size of the blocks; the cab is 130 cms wide, so with four blocks it works out 32,5cms by about 10 cms. With three blocks (3x42=126cms) it would be too bulky.
* Secondly it doesn't actually have to be a website or firmname or logo, as long as it ain't anything harmfull to anyone else (so that means I ain't gonna play tic-tac-toe with an Audi-logo on the cab, I might do that somewhere else though ;))
* Third I'd like to say the deadline can actually be the 5th of June, as long as I can keep up we'll be okay. It will be printed, so there's no vinyl-cutting involved. That will save time, I will only have the truck Friday afternoon the 10th of June anyway.

I'm nicely surprised by the reactions, didn't think you guys would appreciate it like this! To me it's also very nice to see what impact Jan Lammers and his Team has on foreign people, the advertising concept is very well known after all!
Can't wait 'till the beginning (12th of June for me), LET THE SHOW BEGIN!! ;D

Don't worry, I've downed it and mangeled it through Steamliner.
The logo is ready to use now ;D
By the way, if there are logos I make up (like the Kent-Kanterbrau logo for example) and you'd like that logo for yourself, I can always send it to you in any file type you want.

I think I'll only get as far as an A4 laminate for the KKOC, but will include a "Drinking with Holland" flag/logo.
Perhaps "Outdrinking Holland" or "Out Drinking with Holland" would be more appropriate for most of us

As we're running out of time, the only chance we have to put the new-livery Dome on the truck is to take pictures of the Dome taking Tarzan at Zandvoort during next week's official presentation. Ofcourse the whole thing will be photosouped, even our logo will go where the Dutch flag is ;D
Having the Dome on both sides would make life a lot easier I guess :)
The right part of your banner is finished too now, only the middle part to go now 8)

I had a strange feeling this was the case. "Drinking for Holland" is a bit of a giveaway, but far better than "Having the occaisional beer for Holland"
We just own the stuff of course, and sit there all week admiring the same bottle.
Next week, I shall mostly be admiring Gin

Paddy, a magnificent effort I like it high up there by the B post. Any chance you could use the same font the AA does for the two letters together

All the other stuff looks fantastic. I think Jan Lammers should be sponsoring you, sheer magic.
Maybe Jan should borrow some of ours for his empty spaces, nothing looks worse than an apparrent failure to attract sponsors :D :D :D

All logos and names have been listed. Please leave message before Sunday to be sure to get your name on the truck. On Sunday I will gather and start printing, by Friday I will collecting the truck but will be Mr Mayhem trying to gather everything before shops close.
