http://www.bt.com/broadband/news/ 2mb upgrade for regular broadband users at no extra charge!!! Dropped my pen in my coffee as I've always thought a bit ripped off with them before... One of the guys I work with had an email explaining this. YES they will DOUBLE you download speed but they WILL HALF YOU DOWNLOAD LIMIT. Moan like hell at them if I were you!!!
