I assume any unexpected mails asking for personel details is a scam and mostly just delete them on the basis that if it is that important they will write hardcopy or send another mail. The basic message about any of these emails is never to click any link, type the address in instead. So if Ebay emails requesting information you goto www.ebay.co.uk (or wherever) rather than clicking the link. Seems there's too many bad people in this world, this sort of thing is only going to get worse this year I'm afraid!! :'( |
