Title: Camping in the Car Parks Post by: Chrisgr31 on May 21, 2003, 04:41:45 pm It appears every year that the ACO say they are going to clamp down on people camping in the car parks, and every year they appear not to.
With the lack of camping spaces available why don't they officially turn some of the car parks in to campsites, hence raising more money for themselves? He did ask my advice, and I told him, better to get a campsite pass, but he wouldnt have it.
Sounds like he wont have any problems Title: Re:Camping in the Car Parks Post by: bernard b on May 22, 2003, 09:41:34 pm last year they sold "supplement" for those wanting to pitch their tent in car parks (rouge at least)
Title: Re:Camping in the Car Parks Post by: Rhino on May 23, 2003, 01:30:48 am You have to be careful camping in the car park's. The only year i camped in one we had 2 Johnny Haliday fans camped next to us. They insisted on playing his cd's to us.
After a few beers we had insulted them so much they turned it down. I mean they even had tatoos of him on their arms! I never camp in the car park now, to risky. You could be next to them.. Title: Re:Camping in the Car Parks Post by: Will on May 23, 2003, 09:53:35 am We've camped in the car park for the last 3 years. I agree, it's probably not ideal, but there's no probalem doing it. And for 16 Euros it's a bargain.
