I thought the concert was coming from the back of YOUR Audi. Fatboy had something to do with it I believe. Now what were the words to the F*ck Song???

Fatboy is in the dog house after that...we didn't realise until we came to leave on Sunday afternoon about 3:30 that he had run the bloody battery flat!!! so after spending an hour packing all the gear into the boot, guess where the bloody battery is in that Audi? yep, in the bloody boot wth no jump leads. fortunately for him we managed to borrow some jump leads from some french people from the other side of the campsite because everyone around us refused to help us because we kept them up all night!!!

Could'nt (and hope not) see it being Westlife as they are playing in Brighton on the Sunday twice. Was working at the Westlife concert last night and you don't want them there. A good rocking group would be good though.

Worked in the pit (the bit in front of the stage not the bit where she gets cleaned and oiled up) at her last concerts and just sat looking up her skirt all show. Fantastic

I had jump leads in the van!!!! After a very similar experience in 2001. I ran the battery flat in the van on sunday night at Pre Quals this year but I have tow batteries a 90ah and a 260ah I flattened the 260ah one!!!!!!!! I was amazed the battery handled it for as long I just put it down to it being an AUDI that never runs out of juice (BIELA).

Would have to be Atomic Kitten, there are first of all three of them and they have a lot to do with the MG touring car team and were present at LM in 2001. They unfortunatly did not put on a show. Johnny Herbert said that AUDI UK was not ready to release what they have planned for this year.

If they can match what they did last year it will be pretty impressive. I think the bass guitarist 'loosening his strings' at the end of the James Mirakwakaquay gig is still vibrating through my teeth.

I must confess I missed last year's concert because I prefered the Tertre Rouge fun to the Jamiro concert. Not that his music is bad. However, if Atomic Kitten were there I would want to see their show.  ;)

These concerts are a flaming nuisance. Made me late for the Poo Bar last year. Didn't want to miss JK as I love his music. Which I why I hope Westlife or Beddingfield are playing this year. It'll probably be Pink Floyd!

anybody remember the gig in the late 90's when there was a concert at the dunlop bridge, the band had a couple of cracking bird singers and fired red t-shirts from cannons all night. I remember waking up the day with what looked like chicken poks due to all the red fibres being blown all over us out of these cannons at the front of the stage.

le mans memories never fade, they just increase every year

Well I'd like to see Richard Clayderman, or even the marvelous Bobby Crush in concert at Le Mans. It'd be lovely.

I'd say you've got about as much chance of those two appearing as you have of the Morgan winning the GT class (unfortunately)  ;)

Please sit down Matt, I have some rather distressing news for you. I don't know how to break it, other than to tell you that I'm sorry but Crush is dead. He'll never play the piano again. Sorry.

If it's that important to you I can only suggest we dig him up and smuggle his remains over in the back of the Commer. Then there would certainly be a whiffy hot spot on MB.

Huh? Bobby's dead? I'm, ......er.... crushed.
What did he die of? (Please - don't say he died of a Tuesday)

His rendition of "A Walk in The Forest" made him a piano-forte GOD.
Who'll be next, Liberace?

Two Barry Manilow concerts ago at our local arena, when 'el concorde' came of stage, they made all the security turn and face the wall so they couldn't look at him as he walked by. Pompus big nosed twat.

So the moral of this story is......If you want to have a go at Bary Manilow do it as he leaves a stage as the security guards won't see you!!   ;D

Elton John took a hissy fit as well when he did'nt have his sprite and was refusing to go on stage. So at 7pm, 3 people where going round Newcastle to all the asian stores looking for chilled sprite or 7-Up. I'm sure he would prefer '7-Up' anyway.

That'll be Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs then?
