sh*t Robbo, it looks like you're having a sleepless night of major psychological trauma.
Was it the booze or the bird?
I find it difficult to offer advice I'm afraid as I'm typing this in the cold light of day, sober, the cat yowling at me to be fed, and my wife driving back from the west country.
A suggestion, take up scuba diving, all that tropical warm water and exotic sea life, being 'at one' with nature (I'm sounding like a hippy now).......or the wide variety of like minded females and intersting alcohol available seems to spark up your inner karma.
