Nope. I dropped out when they went for Minis with mid-engines and big tea trays on the roof. I'm sorry, but the Scarf and Goggles used to be the centre of real conversation in the day, but they got rid of it, like so many things.

I much preferred the older version too, when it was the "Coys historic festival", the current bunch of organisers just seem to be in it to make a lot of money for themselves...

We went last year cos we won a couple of Saturday passes, but won't be going this year. I used to love historic/classic racing but once I'd done it for many years on end I realised I was just seeing the same cars every time,  of course there is no evolution in historic racing!

I'll probably go back to it a few years time when the LMP900/675's re-appear along with the full fat GT1's.

Ferrari 333, Pescarolo both slated to be in the 90s Legends this year. Although not a race, JV tries to find more for each year. That and the Group Cs are the draw for me

Ian, see you on Sunday. Gary, I'm guessing you'll be with the Frogeye display??

So a change of plan, the tickets came through as Saturday only, Brad has a Sound Engineering Gig in Kent so can not make it with the Boys. Myself and buddy Andy ( the man who took me to my first LM) will be there Saturday, prob from mid morning till late, stay over until Sunday morning.

You lazy blighter, it is not as if there is a lot of storage space to tidy up.

To be honest I think there is a lot of disrespect for you car which is quite terrible, I think you should ship it over to ma as I am a a caring person…

That's a good idea Gary

We could maybe pick it up off Mart after he's done 'caring' for her a bit

Maybe he'll care for the little weldy bits we know need caring for...

:)

Conversely I could use a small workshop for a month or two and sort Gaps AND Lara's bits of off kilter tinware

Anyone know of a free to use shop near Sutton Co'field?

Well, you have to ask don't you

;)
