Title: ACO telephone Post by: Jowett on July 14, 2016, 10:29:15 am I have been trying to telephone the club on the English speaking line for a week about a change of email address but get the reply that I should telephone Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 6.00 pm. That is what I have been doing. I have dialed +33(0)2 43 40 50 60 and+33 (0) 2 43 40 8000 and get the same reply. I cannot email because my old virgin media address has deleted. Any ideas?

Seriously...Why can you not e-mail them? I know not what your "old virgin media address has deleted" means in regard to your capability of e-mailing them from wherever else you are. Of course, I don't claim to be computer savvy.... :-\ Also of course, it is the ACO........ Later, I had a query about the renewal of my membership and they responded (satisfactorily) to my rather ropey French in much better English. |
