Title: Ford vs Ferrari pavilion
Post by: Canada Phil on July 01, 2015, 05:41:08 am
Did anyone visit the Ford vs Ferrari pavilion? When I went along on Saturday night it was all locked up.
I wonder why they go to so much trouble and expense to set these things up....and are not open when the race is on and lots of people would be interested in visiting.

FORD have just announced the new GT is to be built in Ontario.

I thought it was common knowledge that Multimatic are building the cars. CGR will run them in the US and a new UK based operation will run them in the WEC.

Phil,

Yes, we visited.  I wanted to visit and found it closed too, so came back in daylight hours.

Not a bad overview and a few tasty (priceless) cars.

Hang on.... wasn't it 1966 that Ford won? Maybe it'll still be there in 2016,

Aricus
