Title: Re: Sky F1 & Sebring Link Post by: Grand_Fromage on March 17, 2012, 08:57:30 am But why not just watch it on the official WEC site without breaks http://www.fiawec.com/Live.html (http://www.fiawec.com/Live.html) or on the ALMS site http://americanlemans.com/camera/live-broadcast (http://americanlemans.com/camera/live-broadcast) ?

But I was only trying to get one over on Sky for mugging the sport shy BBC. Sebring was a bonus. To get the 10 exclusive F1 races on Sky, works out 50 quid a race. long live the internet! Motors is covering the ALMS either live or highlights shows, but what about ELMS and the WEC? Le Mans will be covered on Eurosport but what of the other rounds? The live streaming on the fiawec website was very poor indeed. Picture quality was shocking and there was no commentary. It crashed more times than I care to remember too. Is it as good as its going to get? Also the FIA announced the WEC over eight months ago, so why did the fiawec website have 'website under construction' splashed across the top of every page? Surely eight months is long enough for a large organisation with lots of funding to put together a half decent website? All in all a pretty poor effort from the FIA /ACO that seriously needs to improve before the nxt round.
