Title: Goodwood - FOS Post by: nopanic - neil on June 30, 2011, 11:12:31 pm As Rolf Harris would say
"can you tell what it is yet?" (http://graphics8.nytimes.com/images/2011/06/30/automobiles/wheels-jagwood2/wheels-jagwood2-articleInline.jpg) not sure, 1st question, why is it being driven into the ground, someone has watched too much of "fast and furiuous!" Not sure about it, Title: Re: Goodwood - FOS Post by: Snoring Rhino on July 01, 2011, 12:10:52 am I am sure it justifies a highly paid artisitic designers fees, I am strugling to see the significants to the theme car this year though :-\
Title: Re: Goodwood - FOS Post by: Nordic on July 01, 2011, 08:23:30 am E Type?
Title: Re: Goodwood - FOS Post by: tn*c on July 01, 2011, 09:36:45 am Almost certainly a E-Type, 50 Years this year.
For some reason the organisers always seem to point the cars into the ground. Remember the fan of Audi's a few years back. (Think it was Audi's) Title: Re: Goodwood - FOS Post by: Bob U on July 01, 2011, 10:03:56 am For some reason the organisers always seem to point the cars into the ground. As soon as I looked at it an E Type jumped out at me, only it's made of pipework.
You're all bilnd! :D Title: Re: Goodwood - FOS Post by: Brad Zarse on July 01, 2011, 01:06:29 pm Yep - I saw it as an e-type.
The only reason I know the etype is 50 years old, is that it was on Top Gear last week. Which might be the first useful thing Top Gear has notified me of for 15 years :) Title: Re: Goodwood - FOS Post by: Chris24 on July 01, 2011, 10:02:27 pm Wasn't sure from a distance, but up close it looks pretty good.
