Title: Le Mans 24hr Scalextric FOR SALE

Hi All,
Don't really know where start with this - but here goes - having a garage clearout and unfortunately this has to go!
I am not sure how to value it, suffice to say thay it is DEFINITELY worth more to me, than I am able to ask for it - and hopefully it will be worth a lot too, to someone on here who appreciates everything Le Mans.
I could not bear to sell it to some EBay geek and would like it to go to someone who can use it - perhaps at Le Mans if you have a large marquee!
Le Mans 24HR Scalextric Set C.742
Complete and AS NEW
Jaguar vs. Porsche! - Jaguar XJR9 and Porsche 962 - Magnetic cars with lights.
Box lid has minor damage otherwise perfect full set.
In this condition, I daresay that it will eventually become very collectable.
In Addition:-
4 Drawer chest FULL of spare track, buildings and accessories, loads of spare wheels, motors and brushes.
Bridges, Grandstands, spectators, barriers and banking.
5 ADDITIONAL controllers, 1 ADDITIONAL power supply,
8 ADDITIONAL Cars including - Audi A4 and Vauxhall Calibra touring cars, Ferrari F40, 2 X JAGUAR XJ220, and 3 Formula 1 cars.
THERE ARE AT LEAST ANOTHER 3 (LARGE) SETS WORTH OF STUFF HERE
Probably enough track to build a scale Le Sarthe replica track! I remember trying once and seem to recall it was about 6 straight sections short.
All track is rust and tarnish free, but some pieces are missing one or more connection tabs (nothing that duck tape or superglue can't sort out!).
If you want to see it, ring for a viewing anytime.
Now for value - I don't want to pee off the mods by appearing to profiteer, so here's my logic. To buy the sets NEW (say 3 or 4 sets at 90 quid to 120 quid each) plus accessories, would be in the £300 to £450 mark somewhere.
Shall we say offers around £150 to £200 for the lot - AND to negate any 'potential' profit, I will give 10% of the final sales price to the server fund or CA Charity. PLUS, I will re-invest the remaining money into something else to use at LM this year.
Of course it is open to any sensible offers
You can take it with or without the old chest as you see fit.
You collect it from Woodstock, Oxford though - I'm not carting it to Le Mans!!
Need large car, estate or small van.

Already having a large amount of track and cars, I think the wife would probably kill me if I bought another load! Shame cos we are only in Witney!
Still, if you don't get anywhere selling it and decide to split off the cars and/or buildings let me know.

hhhmmmm that's what got me into the Scalextrix fix for a second time, I bought her "something nice" .... the LM set, about 5 years ago for our wedding anniversary ;D Followed by a Dunlop Bridge for her birthday ::)
