Title: Unofficial entry list

Its just the rumour mill but it could be worth keeping an eye on. I like the idea of the BMW M3 GTR in GT2 and the Nissan GTR in GT1.

The Bimmer would be a nice addition, but it looks like BMW will need some help from the ACO

BMW and the ACO will do what it takes to get the M3 to Le Mans. They would be crazy not to. Will Patron Highcroft accept their invite, brilliant if they did but I didn't think they planned on coming to Europe.

BMW will drive at Le Mans.  The E92 M3 GTR will race at the VLN (Nürburgring), 24h Ring, 24h Spa and Le Mans.

It would be good to see the Acuras racing in Europe as well as the BMW.
Are they likely to though?

at Least 1 Acura is racing in Europe this year and is expected at LM, Strakka have one.

David Brabham did imply this might happen at the Autosport show. only they'll be in LMP2. 4 wheels the same size on the LMP1 would be useless on the straights.

I never read any official statement by BMW itself about Le Mans... They only mentioned "the famous endurance races", which could mean Nürburgring and Spa only...

Just what we need, saloon cars at LM.  Not in this day and age I'm afraid.

The BMW is looking more and more likely now, Andy Priaulx is reported to be saying on his web page he will be driving one.

He will also be taking part in endurance events for BMW who plan to enter the iconic 24 hour races at Le Mans, the Nürburgring and Spa-Franchorchamps. “It is certainly going to be a busy and exciting year. I have many new challenges ahead of me and I just can’t wait to get back on track for our first race in Brazil in March,” he added.

Dome have also submitted an entry. The entry is going to be announced on the 4th Feb along with the presentation of the new Pesca according to the rumours

The press conference announcing the entries will be streamed live on line at 11 (10 your time) tomorrow, for those who understand frog (although I guess there will be some English in there somewhere for the Brit journos) :
